Refund Policy

This is the plain-language version of how money works at IEP Path. It matches what actually happens when you pay, cancel, or ask for your money back — no fine print designed to trap you.
Every plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee: email us within 7 days of any charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
The 7-day money-back guarantee
Every subscription payment — monthly or yearly — is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If IEP Path isn't right for your family, email us within 7 days of the charge and we refund that payment in full. No forms, no runaround, no questions asked.
This covers your first payment and every renewal. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, you have 7 days from that charge to ask for it back.
How to ask for a refund
Email billing@ieppath.com from the address on your account, or write to support@ieppath.com. Tell us which charge you'd like refunded — that's all we need.
We aim to reply within two business days and to process approved refunds right away.
When the money actually arrives
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually posts it within 5–10 business days — that last step is on their side, not ours.
Cancelling and refunding are different
You can cancel anytime from Settings. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep full access until the period you already paid for ends.
Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period. If you want money back, use the 7-day guarantee above — the two are separate.
After the 7 days
Once the 7-day window has passed, a payment is generally non-refundable — but you are never locked in. Cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for: monthly plans simply won't charge again, and yearly plans run to the end of the year you bought.
If something genuinely went wrong — the app was broken for you, or a charge looks incorrect — email us anyway. We would rather make it right than hide behind a date.
Yearly plans
Yearly plans get the same 7-day guarantee, counted from the date of each yearly charge. After that window, you can cancel to stop next year's renewal and keep full access until your paid year ends.
Credit top-up packs
Top-up credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire. If you bought a pack by mistake and haven't spent any of its credits, email us within 7 days for a full refund. Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack can't be refunded — the AI work it paid for has already been done.
The credits included with your plan aren't a separate purchase. They come with your subscription and refresh each month, so they follow the subscription rules above — they aren't bought or refunded on their own, and unused ones don't roll over.
Duplicate or accidental charges
Charged twice? Billed after you cancelled? That's our mistake to fix. Email us and we refund duplicate or erroneous charges in full — inside or outside the 7-day window.
Try before you commit
You can explore IEP Path and see how it reads a plan before you ever pay, and you can export everything you create at any time. The guarantee is there so that trying a paid plan never feels like a risk.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and meaningful changes are announced in the app. A change will never quietly remove the 7-day guarantee on a payment you have already made.
